Mary S. Morgan is a Fellow of the British Academy and Overseas Fellow of the Royal Dutch Academy of Arts and Sciences.  She is Professor of History and Philosophy of Economics at the London School of Economics and University of Amsterdam.

Her book The World in the Model (2012) follows others on “travelling facts”, measurement, observation and econometrics.  She has recently held a BA-Wolfson Research Professorship for “Re-Thinking Case Studies Across the Social Sciences”.
